The fully automated electro-optical, infrared inspection system, PV-LIT by InfraTec, allows for testing of a variety of error types of solar cells and complete solar modules even during the development phase. In mass production, a permanent quality control in various process steps can be set up, allowing you to sort out faulty solar cells at an early stage and save costs by not processing them further.
Visit InfraTec at the EU PVSEC 2014 (Hall: 1, Booth: E17) and convince yourself of the automated photovoltaic test system PV-LIT from InfraTec.
The PV-LIT testing system exhibited during the fair represents the latest development of the modular product series by InfraTec which, at the same time, combines high performance capability with most excellent control comfort. The test system will be outfitted with the latest HD thermography systems, the microbolometer camera series equipped VarioCAM® High Definition or the high-end camera series ImageIR® with detector sizes of up to (1,280 x 1,024) IR pixels, depending on your specific needs. Even the smallest defects can be reliably and easily detected. The system enables testing of different kinds of defects. Numerous decisive testing criteria – such as limit values, temperature levels, number and size of defects – can be determined by the user. Short cycle times of less than a second and a reliable continuous operation allow for use in serial production. Flexible data interfaces permit optimal adjustment to local conditions.
