As just recently surfaced, experts from the federal institute of geo sciences conducted important tests with an InfraTec supplied thermography camera during the turbulent June 2013 days.
Data won from a measurement series consisting of several flights will aid in making fast and secure future statements from thermography images about moisture penetration of dams during flood events. Knowledge of moisture penetration is an important requirement for efficient crisis management in safeguarding dams and banks.
